Intermediate Fly Tying

Please note, this is a 4 day class each Wed evening from 7 PM to 9 PM Feb 19th, 26th, Mar 4th, 11th. 

You need to have attended a Fly Tying 101 class or have tying experience. 

In this intermediate class, Michael Lohman will discuss more advanced dubbing techniques such as dubbing loops, split thread, blending, and more. Catskill style dry flies including an Adams and CDC dry flies will be tied. He will also focus on tying advanced level soft hackles and different styles of parachute dry flies. This class will be more about technique than tying specific patterns and will give you a foundation to tie most any fly you desire.
